On 5th August 2019, a special address on “Munaipum, Ullaipumae Varangal” was conducted in Anandha Arangam at 2.30 pm. The programme commenced with the prayer song. Ms. S.S.Nithya Shree of II B.A. English welcomed the gathering.The Chairman of Paavai Institutions honoured the chief guest with shawl and in his presidential address stated that Paavai Mission of Women Empowerment Series of this academic year will imbibe positive attitude and motivate the students to attain their goal. He asked the students to have good thoughts which would lead to noble actions thus resulting in tremendous success. Ms. N.Radhika of II B.A. English introduced the Chief Guest. The Guest Speaker Tamil Semmal, Chinthanai Kavinghar Dr.Kavidasan, Director, Roots Industries India Limited and Secretary, Satchidananda Jothi Nikethan, International School, Coimbatore, in his speech engraved the quote “This is my life, I will make it great” in the hearts of the students. He said that those who know the value of time and action will win the world. He asked the students to learn from anything and everything, work on ideas and move towards the goal with strong mind, determination, focus and hard work. He further said that education is the best friend, which helps to identify ones potential and advised the students to listen in the classrooms with concentration which would help them to score high marks and read newspaper daily to enhance communication skills. He continued that Character, Courage, Competency, Commitment and Creativity are the six Cs to cross seven seas. He then insisted to change the life by igniting the heart with passion and hard work, being bold in mind and polite in words, being independent, updated and strictly adhering to discipline and decorum. He requested the teachers to mold the students with light of knowledge and guide them and not force. The Guest speaker packed the hearts of the students with self-confidence to attain their goal through his enchanting inspirational speech. The Correspondent of Paavai Institutions felicitated the gathering. In her felicitation, she asked the students to live appreciable life by doing ethical deeds. She said that Arts courses should be learnt with deep passion and clarity as they are the basic tools for engineering. She insisted the students not to compare themselves with others but with themselves to have considerable growth in life. She concluded her speech by asking the students to have pure mind, guide others and wished them to become women administrators. The programme came to an end with the Vote of Thanks delivered by S.Gayathri of III B.A. English followed by the National Anthem.
