On 23.01.2013 the Math Association activity was conducted for the students of Mathematics at Keerthi Hall. The activity began in the afternoon with the welcome address delivered by Ms.L.Kanmani of II M.SC Maths .The minutes of Math Association was read by Mrs.R.Uvarani, Asst.Professor Department of Mathematics. The topic “Hey Math” was introduced to the audience by Ms.P.Devipriya of II M.SC Maths.
The Association activity was conducted under two heads.
Math Model :
Complex Network Model was presented by E.Janani of II M.SC (Maths), Math Model of Multiple images by N.Shanmugapriya of I M.SC(Maths), Icosahedron Model was Presented by V.Sandhiya of I M.SC (Maths), Conway’s Pencil Model by G.Shanmugapriya of I M.SC(Maths) ,Pythagores Model by B.Vanmathi of II B.SC (Maths)and Ascending and descending order pencil Model by M.Vanithasri of II B.SC(Maths).
Math Game :
Ms.P.Devipriya of II M.SC(Maths) conducted Math game. The students showed enthusiasm throughout the programme. There was good interaction among students. The play-way method of learning Mathematics became a fruitful endeavor.
The Association activity came to an end with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms.S.Devinithya of II M.SC(Maths).
