B.Sc. Geology students conducted departmental activities such as a quiz, jumbled words, guessing geological terms, and presentations on geology-oriented topics. These topics included the origin and extinction of dinosaurs, disasters, aerial remote sensing, important facts about fossil formation, and the geological work of wind.
Students discussed various subjects, such as the process of fossil formation, famous geological sites in India and their historical significance, and the types of disasters present on Earth. These include natural disasters like earthquakes, landslides, cyclones, floods, and droughts, as well as man-made disasters such as pollution, global warming, deforestation, and nuclear explosions.
