Youth Red Cross conducted a programme in the title ‘Life skill training for first aid and tolerance’ on 6th October 2021 in Keerthi hall. The programme commenced with the prayer song. Ms. S. Farjana of II BCA welcomed the gathering.
Ms.D. M. Varshini ofII B. Com introduced the Guest Speaker. The Guest speaker Mr. C. Loganathan, Head, Audio Visual, Paavai Institutions, in his speech explained the difference between knowledge and skills. He clearly described about global warming,pollutions and the importance of saving water and power. He then explained the usage and maintenance of first aid box and also the various aspects ofproviding first aid in different situations. He concluded his speech by insisting the students to be tolerant, since tolerance brings happiness in a family.
The programme came to an end with the vote of thanks delivered by Ms. K. Varshini of II B.Sc. Mathematics.
