Nutrition Week Program was celebrated in Pavai Arts and Science College for Women from 04.09.2019 to 06.09.2019. On 04.09.2019 students presented Posters on various topics. Such as Benefits of Water, Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Pulses, Beauty tips etc., and gave Nutritional Awareness to the students of various departments. Students from various departments, HoDs and staff saw the posters presented by nutrition students. On 05.09.2019 in “Fireless Cooking” our department students prepared variety of dishes without fire, such as Healthy mix drinks, Vallarai salad, Fruits & Vegetables salad, Nutritious ladoo etc., Then Principal and various head of departments visited and gave comments. Then 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes winners were announced. On 06.09.2019 “Food Stall” was conducted. Students prepared 20 types of Nutritional foods and sold to other department students. The food items included sandwich, Ulundha kanji, Kambu koozh, Kambu ladoo, Green gram ladoo, Butter milk, Nutritious ladoo and Sprouted Green gram etc.,
