On 27-09-2012, a dance programme was conducted for the second and final year UG and PG students as part of the Fine Arts Association Activity. The programme began at 2:30 pm in the Keerthi Hall. The first year students and the representatives of the second and third year were the audience of the day. Faculty members of all the departments were present to encourage the students. The programme began by invoking the presence of God through the prayer song, sung by the students. P.Ravitha, I.B.A English welcomed the gathering. Ms.C.Mahalakshmi, Lecturer in the Department of English read the minutes of the previous Fine arts Association meeting and the President of the Association Dr.S.Muthumeenakshi,the Principal acknowledged the document. It was followed by the dazzling dance performance given by of the Pavai peacocks .The colourful rhythemic performance was really a feast to the eyes of the audience. The audience expressed their appreciation and encouragement through the loud applause that kept ringing in the air. The proramme came to an end with the vote of thanks proposed by K.Raveena, I.B.Sc Maths, which was followed by the National anthem.
