The Women Empowerment Series organized its 29th event with the theme “நலம் சூழ் உலகு” on 01.09.2025 at Dhiram Hall, Paavai Arts and Science College for Women, Anaipalayam.

The program began with a pleasant prayer song followed by Tamil Thai Vazhthu rendered by the students. Ms. A. Asmitha, III B.Sc. CS, welcomed the gathering. Shri. CA. N. V. Natarajan, Chairman & Founder of Paavai Educational Institutions, and Smt. Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent of Paavai Educational Institutions, honored the Chief Guest with a shawl and memento. The Presidential Address was delivered by the Chairman, who presided over the function. Ms. C. Harini, III B.Sc. CS, introduced the Chief Guest, Dr. Karthikha Ravi, Consulting Gynaecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon, Chennai.

In her address, the Chief Guest provided valuable guidance on women’s health and hygiene, including menstrual problems, white discharge, and the importance of personal cleanliness. She emphasized that women should be more aware of their health conditions and maintain proper nutrition in their daily routine. The session was highly beneficial, particularly for students of Paavai Engineering College and Paavai Pharmacy, who gained practical insights from the Consulting Gynaecologist.

Smt. Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent of Paavai Educational Institutions, felicitated the gathering and reiterated the importance of women’s health awareness. Mr. A. K. Palanisamy, along with Heads of various departments and faculty members of Paavai Institutions, graced the occasion with their presence.

The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Ms. S. Inbashree, II B.Sc. CS, followed by the National Anthem.
