The students of the Department of Geology, Pavai Arts and Science College for Women, have brought laurels to the institution by securing four University Ranks in the University examinations.

Among them, Ms. S. Siva Dharshini achieved a remarkable distinction by receiving the Gold Medal at the 24th Convocation Ceremony of Periyar University. This prestigious honor was awarded in recognition of her outstanding academic performance.

The convocation ceremony was graced by the Honorable Chief Guest, Thiru R. N. Ravi, Governor of Tamil Nadu, who conferred the degrees and medals upon the rank holders.

This achievement reflects the academic excellence of the students and the dedicated efforts of the faculty members of the Department of Geology.
