The First-Year Inauguration Ceremony for the 2025–26 Batch was held on July 2, 2025, at Diram Hall, Pavai Arts and Science College for Women.
The ceremony commenced with the lamp lighting by Smt. Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent of Paavai Educational Institutions, accompanied by other dignitaries. This was followed by bhajans and slogan chanting.
Dr. K.K. Ramasamy, Director–Admin of Paavai Educational Institutions, welcomed the gathering.
Shri CA. N.V. Natarajan, Chairman of Paavai Educational Institutions, inaugurated the first-year classes and warmly greeted the students and parents. In his presidential address, he emphasized the sacrifices made by fathers for their children and the importance of acknowledging the hard work that shapes their future. He elaborated on the values represented by the acronym ADMIRE — Attendance, Discipline, Maximizing Academics, Respect, and Empowerment — and stressed the importance of regular attendance as a mark of respect for parental efforts.
In her felicitation address, Smt. Mangai Natarajan shared the inspiring journey of the institution’s growth — from just 18 students to over 15,000 today. She encouraged young women to earn recognition and self-respect through education and knowledge, rather than relying solely on reservations.
The ceremony was graced by Mr. K. Senthil, Director–Admissions, along with Principals, faculty members, students, and parents.
Dr. N. Ezhili, Senior Principal of Pavai Arts and Science College for Women, delivered the vote of thanks, and the event concluded with the National Anthem, followed by a vibrant cultural performance by the second- and third-year students.
