On 15th February 2019, Alumni Series 3 : Steps to Success was conducted in Keerthi Hall at 10.30 am. The programme commenced with the prayer song. R.Renuka Devi of II B.Com welcomed the gathering. Dr.R.Rajeswari, Principal honoured the guest speakers with the memento. J. Prithy olive meletha of II B.B.A. introduced the guest speakers, who were the alumni of the batch 2015-18 in Pavai Arts and Science College for Women. The Guest speaker Ms. S.Ayeeshabanu, Cashier, Agna India Nithi limited Salem, in her special address asked the students to learn the accountancy and Tally systematically and attend all company interviews to gain more experience. She praised the management and the principal, who organized more motivational programmes and the teachers who taught with full involvement. She felt proud of being a part of Paavai, and expressed her gratitude for the management for aiding her to be successful in her life. The Guest speaker Mrs.K.Maheshwari, Process Associate, Cap Gemini Technology Private limited Salem, in her special address asked the students to update new technologies. She shared her job experience with the students. She advised the students to use the mobile for study purpose alone and install new applications for aptitudes. She insisted the students to speak in English on the campus and work hard to come out with flying colours. She expressed her sincere gratitude to the management and the teachers who laid her the ladder of success and for giving her another opportunity to meet her teachers and the college. UG & PG Students of the Department of Commerce were the audience. The guest speakers interacted with the students regarding the steps they followed to achieve their goal of success with cheerful hearts. The heads of other departments graced the occasion with their presence. M.Yuvarani of II B.Com. Commerce proposed the Vote of thanks and the activity came to an end with National Anthem.
