Mrs.G.Prema is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Head of commerce and business administration in Pavai arts and science college for women, Anaipalayam, Namakkal she has been working in the institutions since 2012.she has an experience of 09 years in the field of commerce. She has completed her B.Com degree in Vellalar college for women,Thindal and obtained her M.com degree in Madras University Madras, M.Phil degree in Periyar University.she is persuing her Ph.D degree in Thiruvalluvar Government Arts College, Rasipuram.She has presented several papers in National and International Conference and she has published two papers in International journals namely Role of NABARD, Financial Performance of NABARD. She had been acting as NSS Programming officer for 4 years . she is also the NCC caretaker of our college.
