The Department of Computer Science successfully organized AI HACKSTACK 2026 on February 11, 2026, featuring seven exciting events that showcased the talents and technical skills of students.
The program commenced with a prayer song, followed by a warm welcome address delivered by Ms. A. Gomathisri of II B.Sc. CS (AI & DS) and Ms. K. Sahaana of I B.Sc. CS (AI & DS). The event was hosted by Ms. S. Rethiga and Ms. M. S. Salma of II B.Sc. CS (AI & DS).
The first segment of the program featured the event “AI Detector,” conducted by Ms. S. Rethiga and Ms. M. S. Salma. The next session, “Mystery Me,” was organized by Ms. R. Gomathisri and Ms. S. Asmiya of II B.Sc. CS (AI & DS), adding a fun and innovative touch to the day.
The program continued with a series of paper presentations. Ms. M. Sumithra and Ms. M. Asin of I B.Sc. CS (AI & DS) presented a paper titled “AI Astronative.” This was followed by another paper presentation titled “Silent Revolution,” presented by Ms. V. Thuja and Ms. R. Priyadharshini of I B.Sc. CS (AI & DS).
Further enriching the session, Ms. M. S. Monica and Ms. S. Saparna of II B.Sc. CS (AI & DS) presented “AI Meets VFX,” which was highly informative and interactive, providing valuable insights into AI tools and their applications.
The next event, “Lumi AI vs Shadow AI,” was conducted by Ms. D. Jeevitha and Ms. M. B. Gobika of II B.Sc. CS (AI & DS). The final session, “Smart Creation,” was conducted by Ms. R. Mamathiy of I B.Sc. CS (AI & DS), making app development concepts more approachable and engaging for the participants.
Outstanding students were recognized and rewarded for their performances. The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. S. Saparna of II B.Sc. CS (AI & DS). The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, followed by discussion and the National Anthem.
