Pavai Arts and Science College for Women proudly hosted the Ceremony of Installation of Office Bearers of All Associations for the academic year 2026–2027 on August 13, 2026, in Dheeram Hall. The ceremony began with a soulful prayer song, followed by the Tamil Thai Vazhthu, setting a dignified tone for the event. Smt. Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent of Paavai Institutions, along with other dignitaries, lit the ceremonial lamp, marking the commencement of the program.
Shri CA N. V. Natarajan, Founder and Chairman of Paavai Institutions, delivered the presidential address. The address highlighted the importance of strong leadership qualities, effective decision-making, and integrity. Student leaders were encouraged to take responsibility and lead with confidence and commitment. The importance of becoming role models for fellow students was emphasized. Student leaders were motivated to inspire their peers through their actions and dedication. He emphasized the importance of leadership qualities, effective communication, decision-making, teamwork, responsibility, confidence, discipline, problem-solving, adaptability, empathy, commitment, and integrity in leadership. Ms. R.Mamathy, II B.Sc. AI&DS, welcomed the gathering.
The Chief Guest, Mrs.Elavarasi, Entrepreneur, Aswathy hot chips, Thrissur was introduced by Ms S.Subashini, II-B.COM CA. As the newly appointed office bearers received their badges, the hall resonated with applause. Shri CA N.V.Natarajan,Founder and Chairman of Paavai Educational Institutions, administered the oath of responsibilities and highlighted the significance of leadership qualities, effective communication, and accountability. He stressed the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect
During the interactive session, students posed thoughtful questions, and Mrs.Elavarasi shared her personal experiences, challenges, and valuable insights. She encouraged students to strive for excellence. She also shared practical tips on time management, prioritization, and stress management skills essential for effective student leadership.
Smt. Mangai Natarajan correspondent felicitated the office bearers and addressed them on the importance of women’s strength and leadership and responsibility. She underscored the vital role of women in shaping society and encouraged students to take up leadership positions with confidence.
The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks proposed by Ms.M.S.Salma, III-B.SC.AI&DS, followed by the National Anthem.
The event was a grand success, leaving the newly appointed office bearers inspired and motivated to fulfill their roles and responsibilities. It reflected the college’s dedication to developing leadership, teamwork, and a spirit of social responsibility.
