The Department of English at Paavai Arts and Science College for Women organized an engaging movie screening programme on 9 February 2026 at Keerthi Hall from 3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. The initiative was arranged to provide students with a refreshing and entertaining break from their regular academic activities, while also encouraging interaction among students from different departments.
The movie screened for the students was the popular comedy adventure film Baby’s Day Out. The film, known for its humorous storyline and entertaining sequences, created a lively and cheerful atmosphere throughout the hall. Students watched the movie with great enthusiasm and interest, enjoying the light-hearted scenes and comic moments.
Students from the Departments of English, Commerce, and Nutrition & Dietetics actively participated in the programme. The screening served as a platform for students to relax, refresh their minds, and strengthen their bonds with peers from other departments.
