The Mathematics Association conducted an activity titled “Quant Quest: Play with Numbers” at Keerthi Hall on 23.02.2026 at 2:00 PM at Paavai Arts and Science College for Women.
The program began with a warm Welcome Address by J. Selvabharathi, I B.Sc. Mathematics, who emphasized the importance of analytical thinking and building confidence in mathematics. Teams from various classes enthusiastically took part in the event, ready to test their abilities through multiple engaging rounds.
• Connection Game (2 Rounds) – This was one of the highlights of the event. Participants were required to identify the connection between a set of numbers, patterns, or clues. Both rounds tested the teams’ critical thinking and pattern recognition skills, keeping the audience curious and fully engaged.
• Audience Interaction Round – The audience was also given an opportunity to participate by answering bonus questions and winning small prizes.
The two rounds of the Connection Game were especially thrilling, as the teams carefully analyzed sequences and numerical relationships to determine the correct connections.
The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by S. Niruthya, I B.Sc. Mathematics, who expressed sincere gratitude to the management, organizers, teachers, judges, participants, and audience for their support and cooperation. She acknowledged the efforts of everyone involved in making the program a grand success.
