On August 5, 2025, three dedicated Youth Red Cross (YRC) students from our institution attended a one-day district-level YRC study camp at NKR Government Arts College, Namakkal. The camp served as a valuable platform for students to gain knowledge and insights on various crucial topics, including:
YRC motto and its significance
Blood donation awareness and its importance
Child drug abuse prevention and its impact
First aid techniques and emergency response
Mental health care and well-being

Through this camp, our students developed a deeper understanding of the YRC’s mission and values, as well as practical skills that reinforce the importance of community service and social responsibility.
