The Math Association organized an event titled ‘MATHZILLA’ on June 19, 2025, at Keerthi Hall, Pavai Arts and Science College for Women. The program commenced with a prayer song, followed by a warm welcome address delivered by Ms. V. Keerthana of II B.Sc. Mathematics.
The event was designed to inspire and motivate students from the science department to actively engage with and enjoy learning Mathematics. The program consisted of three interactive rounds:
Fun with Riddles – A round featuring logical and thought-provoking math questions.
Connection – A visual round where images were displayed, and participants had to identify and connect them to mathematical terms.
Puzzle – A set of engaging puzzle games aimed at testing students’ problem-solving abilities, creativity, and critical thinking.
Students participated enthusiastically in all the rounds and showcased their skills with great energy and interest.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks proposed by Ms. B. Sowmiya of III B.Sc. Mathematics, followed by the National Anthem. The session was both fun-filled and intellectually stimulating for all participants.
