Paavai Educational Institutions celebrated the 77th Republic Day at Kalpana Chawla Open Theatre with great pride and patriotic spirit. The programme commenced with Tamil Thai Vazhthu. The celebration was presided over by Shri. CA. N.V. Natarajan, Founder and Chairman, Paavai Institutions. He hoisted the National Flag and delivered the Republic Day address.
In his address, he highlighted the significance of the Indian Constitution and emphasized that while citizens enjoy fundamental rights, they must also be conscious of their duties and responsibilities. He stressed that constitutional values such as justice, equality, liberty and fraternity should be practiced not only in governance but also in educational institutions, classrooms and everyday life. He encouraged students to pursue success with honesty and integrity and to ensure that their knowledge and innovations contribute to the progress of society.
A disciplined and well-synchronized march-past was performed by the students of Paavai Institutions, highlighting their coordination, sharp commands and enthusiasm. Mr.C. Rathnakumar, NSS Program Officer of Paavai Engineering College was congratulated as he was conferred with the Best Blood Donation Camp Organizer Award by the District Collector of Namakkal. M.Subaranjani, III B.Sc CS(AI&DS) an NCC cadet under officer from Pavai Arts and Science College who participated in the Special National Integration Camp at Lakshadweep was appreciated and students who actively contributed to NSS, NCC, Scouts and Guides, were honoured with certificates and prizes.
Mrs.Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent, Paavai Institutions, Trust Members, K.Senthil, Director Admissions, Dr.K.K.Ramasamy, Director Administrations, Dr.R.R.Krishnamurthy Director Research, Principals, Deans, Controller of Examinations, Heads, faculty members and students of Paavai Institutions were present in the function.
The function ended with the National Anthem.
