Award 2023-2024
QMS M. Niviya of III B. Sc. Chemistry had taken part in the TSC (Thal Sinik Camp) and got selected under the Special Course of Obstacle Training. She attended 5 TSC selection Camps and got selected to Inter Group Competition (IGC) conducted in Chennai. She has got special certificate for the same. In the event conducted by the DDG (Deputy Direct General of TN, Pon & AN) of NCC Commodore, Atul Kumar Rastogi awarded M. Nivya with a special appreciation certificate at Vevekanandha College for Women on 06.11.2023, Thiruchengode.

We are happy to announce that one of our NCC Cadet S.Saburna (Sl. No.102. TN20SWA867032) of III B.Sc Computer Science received DG NCC Commendation Award for the year 2022-2023 for her utmost Sincerity, Dedication and Exemplary performance in NCC.
Award 2021-2023
1.M.Vaishnavi of I B.Com CA participated in the Jawaharlal Nehru Oratorical competition conducted for College Students in Thiruvarur on 23.11.2021 and received first prize. She was appreciated with a cash amount of Rs.3000/-
2. V.K.Leka of III B.Sc. Geology participated in State Level Drawing Competition conducted by Tamil Nadu Development Department and Tamil Virtual Academy and have won Rs. 1000/- Cash Award among 20000 participants all over Tamil Nadu. Her pencil drawing has come in 212th place among 365 selected drawings and has been added in Tamil Nadu Pandra Calender.
3. Suba Dharani, S.Aarthi and R.Ranjani Devi of III B.Sc. Geology presented papers in Aspiring Geologists Extravaganza 2022 – A National Level Meet for Budding Geologist organised by Society of Geologists, Department of Geology, Anna University, Chennai during 13-14 May 2022 and received First place in Photography, Fourth Place in Paper Presentation and Runner up in Quiz.
4. B.Sc. Mathematics Students participated in Inter Collegiate Meet (Spectra-2022) in Erode Arts and Science college, Erode on 12.4.2022 and won 1st Prize for Group Dance, 3rd place for Mime & Mehandi respectively.
5. 20 Youth Red Cross students attended a Mega Cultural Events “Youth Fest 2022” at PGP College of Arts and Science on 20.05.2022 and won Over all Championship.
6. 76th Independence Day
On 15.08.2022 Periyar University Organized 76th Independence Day Amutha Peruvizha. III B.Sc Mathematics Department students Participated in MIME competition and Won Prize
7. NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME
On 08.09.2022, S. Indhu, III B.Sc Mathematics of Pavai Arts and Science College for Women won Second Prize (Rs. 1000/-) in an Intercollege drawing competition on the topic “Freedom thus caused the Progress for Women (Rje;jpuKk; ngz;fs; Kd;Ndw;wKk;)” held at Govt. Boys Hr. Sec. School, Namakkal (South School).
8. P.Shalini of II B.Com participated in the singing competition conducted by Election Commission of India on 25.01.2023 and received District Level first prize as a part of the Systematic Voter’s Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) Contest 2022, which was about the Election, Electoral Process and the “Power of One Vote”. She was appreciated with a cash amount of Rs.2500/- by Namakkal District Collector Mrs.Shreya Singh
9. D.Madumitha of III B.Sc. Geology participated in National level Technical Sessions for Emerging Geologist (WINGS-2023) PG Extension College for Research Centre in Periyar University, Dharmapuri on 21.2.2023 and won 1st Prize for Quiz and S.Shifana of I B.Sc Geology won 2nd Prize for Geo Model.
10. Students of B.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics participated in Inter College Meet (Millet fest-2023) in NKR Govt. Arts College for women, Namakkal on 17.3.2023 and won 1st Prize for Poster Presentation and Ad- act.
The Department of Commerce student Miss.R.DHANUSHIYA got First prize in the M.G.R century festival in poetry competition
The Department of BBA student Miss.G.BHAVADHARINI got First prize with Silver Coin in the Salem Steel Plant Essay competition
