Department of Business Administration
The Department had its inception in 2009 to offer an Undergraduate Programme in Business Administration. The Department provides the students with an innovative, exciting and challenging learning programme. The department educates future leaders with an intense emphasis on communication, global awareness, analytical thinking and leadership skills. Focus is placed on preparing our graduates to deal with and work in the dynamic business world.
Our budding managers are continually exposed to industry scenario through Guest Lectures, Industrial visits, Soft Skill Training, Classroom Assignments, Personality Development Programmes, Internship Training Programmes and Language Development Programmes. The organizational study, in¬-plant training and the project which they carry out during this period train them to secure themselves a better career in the highly competitive employment arena.
The skill based papers are truly application oriented so as to equip the students in all walks of life. No wonder it covers topics ranging from table etiquettes to dress code and conversational etiquettes to personality development.
Coaching is being given to the final year UG students to excel in Tally, Quantitative Aptitude, General Knowledge, General English/ General Tamil. These training sessions would enable them to face competitive examinations and get placed in a right job.
The aim of our department is to educate and develop the young minds to become outfitted managers, leading, healthy and fulfilling lives with a strong sense of personal accountability and civic responsibility.
